The process is tailored to each vehicle's condition and the service selected — a quick valet may only need a few of these stages, while a full correction and coating job works through all five.
Pre-Rinse
Loose dirt and grit rinsed off before any contact touches the paint.
Decontamination
Snow foam and iron/tar removal, clay bar treatment where needed.
Safe Wash
Two-bucket hand wash method to avoid introducing new swirl marks.
Correction
Machine polishing to remove swirls, light scratches and haze, on packages that include paint correction.
Protect
Ceramic coating or sealant applied and cured for lasting protection, where included in the service booked.

Before You Book
How long does a valet or detail take?
It depends on the package and your car's condition. A Mini or Exterior Valet is usually finished within a couple of hours; a full Deep Clean or Machine Polishing & Coating package can take the best part of a day. We'll agree a collection time when you book.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — slots are limited, especially at weekends. Message or call with your reg and postcode and we'll find the next available day.
What if it rains after my car's been done?
Rain won't undo the work. The wash and correction stages aren't affected, and if ceramic coating's been applied your car will actually shed water and dirt more easily in wet weather.
Will ceramic coating suit an older car?
Yes, as long as the paint's in reasonable condition. If there's noticeable swirling we'll usually recommend an enhancement polish first, so the coating goes over a corrected surface rather than sealing in existing marks.
How do I pay?
Card and bank transfer are both accepted — we'll confirm details when your booking's set.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes — if your car's already been detailed with us, ask about a discounted recurring plan to keep it looking the same way month to month.
